Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
October, 19?!t. The following members were present: Magor Warkentien,
Councilmen, Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were
absent : None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

A RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAI, ASSESSMENTS FOR DELINQUENT
SANITARY` SEWER RENTAL CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Cotmcil of the City of Falcon Herights,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer rental charges
,against the orpperties hereinafter set forth, in the amounts serf forth. opposite
the description of such properties.
2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is hereby
levied against each of such tract8, with an interest ra#t~ of 8% annually, respec-
tively.
3. The total amount of such special assessment, in each case, shall be
t~ayable with the 1971 real estate taxes due and payable during 1975..
!~. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the assessment
to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County
and such assessments shall be collected and paid overin to the same manner as
other municipal taxes.
5. Tracts of land and the amounts of such special assessments are as
follows, on the attached sheets:

~,~` The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Steele ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
• following voted in favor thereof :_Mayor Warkentien. Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
Steele, and Labalestra ,and the follcrWing voted
against the same: None. .
i~hereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
