Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
October, 19711.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele, and Laba].estra, and the following were absent: None.
_Councilman B1aek introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #711-211
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, that
the following stuns be and they are hereby levied upon the taxable property
of the City of Falcon Heights for the year 19711, collectible in the year 19?5.
GENERAL FUND $ 106, 290.1<8
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County
Auditor is hereby authorized to levy the
following:
1957-SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM .IMP. N0. 1 17,1103.13
1959 LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATER MANIN & PUMPING STATION

The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Ecklund ,
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
and the following voted against the same: None.
