Pta,rsuant to duet;call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council. of the Cites of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, Was held on the
12th day of December~° 1'974.
The follo~ring members were present: Manor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labaleatra. The following were absent:
None.
C~romcilman Ecklund introduced the following &eaolution and moved
its adoption:

A RESOLUTION AIITAORIZING THE POSTING OF NO PARKING
FIRE LANE SIGNS AT TAE..LARPENTEUR MANOR APART[~fiTTS
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights'City Cou~i1 has received a request
frcnn the Manager of the Larpenteur l~ianor .Apartments to install no
parking fire lane. signs in front of the apartments located at 1710,
_ 1720, 1730, and 1740 West Larpenteur Ave4ue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AEREBY RESOL9ED, 89r the City Council of
~. the City of Falcon Heights, that no parking fire 1au~ signs be in-
stalled in front of the Larpenteur Manor. Apartments at no cost to
the City of Falcon Heights.

The-motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Labaleatra, and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labaleatra. The following voted against the
same: None.
Whereupon, the .Resolution xas declared duly passed and adopted.
