A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR THE
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the following financial institutions be designated as depositories for funds
of the City of Falcon Heights:
First Bank System, LMC 4M Fund (checking account)
First Bank
Dain Bosworth Incorporated
Smith Barney Incorporated
Edward D. Jones
FBS Investment Services
Prudential Investment
Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M) and
Municipal Investors Service Corporation
Piper Jaffrey
Norwest Investment
Paine Webber, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the administrator or designee is
authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. Collateral shall be furnished by
the financial institutions as required by law.
