COUNCIL RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF THE 1998 HOYT AVENUE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
•
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 22nd day of March,
1998, fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed improvements to Hoyt
Avenue from Fulham Street to Cleveland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of April, 1998,
at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the feasibility study
received by the city council on March 25, 1998.
