COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: August 26. 1998
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights enter into aSub-
grant Agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled
Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1225 DR-MINNESOTA.
Carol Kriegler, Director of Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities is
hereby authorized to execute and sign such Sub-grant Agreements and
• amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of
the City of Falcon Heights.
