WHEREAS, by Resolution dated August 21, 1998, the City of Falcon

Larpenteur Avenues within the City had the potential for significant environmental effects
and directed the preparation of an environmental assessment worksheet; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the City's August 21, 1998 resolution, the

have conducted an initial review of the proposed alternative.

longer under consideration.
