COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: February 5, 1999
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF QUESTWOOD
•
WHEREAS, the final plat for the Questwood Development meets the
requirements of the preliminary plan approved by the city council on December 16,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plan for the Questwood Development meets
the requirements of the city's Planned Unit Development Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the conditions governing the final approval of the preliminary
plan have been met in the final plat and in the development agreement; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of Falcon Heights
approved the final plat for the Questwood Development.
