ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISING OF
BIDS IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 NE QUADRANT STREET AND STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the city council has duly considered the Feasibility Report for
said improvement received at the October 14, 1998 city council meeting and ordered
the public improvement at the December 16, 1998 city council meeting;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights, Minnesota:
1. Howard R. Green Company is hereby designated as
Project Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer
is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making
of the improvement and to solicit competitive bids for the
project.
