A RESOLUTION CHANGING 1999 STREET IMPROVEMENT
ASSESSMENT FOR 1841 ASBURY ST.
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the 1999 NE Quadrant Street Improvement
project was adopted at the April 28, 1999 council meeting subject to any corrections; and
WHEREAS, the property owner at 1841 Asbury St. came forward at that
meeting to advise council of a discrepancy in the calculation of the front footage of owner's
property which would result in a reduction of the assessment;
• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of the assessment was
originally calculated at 52,727.38 and the front footage was found to be 10 feet less than
originally stated resulting in the corrected assessment at 1841 Asbury St. to be in the amount
of 52,462.38.
