COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE 1999 DEBT LEVY ON
GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT
•
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Falcon Heights has sufficient funds on
hand in the Debt Service Funds; and
WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment on the General
Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1993, General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1991, and
General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1990.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon
Heights that the following be removed from the 2000 tax levy:
G.O. Improvement Bonds 1993 $116,600
G.O. Improvement Bonds 1991 25,000
G.O. Improvement Bonds 1990 5,600
TOTAL REDUCTION: $147,200.00
