CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared a report regarding the reconstruction
of Larpenteur Avenue between Arona St. and Oxford Avenue;
Date: March 8, 2000
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT AND ASSESSMENT FOR PHASE III OF
LARPENTEUR AVE. CONSTRUCTION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the city of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
1. 'The council will consider the improvement of Larpenteur Avenue from
,Arona St. to Hamline Ave. in accordance with the feasibility report
prepared by Ramsey County. The council will also consider the
;assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
iimprovement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $125,000.00.
2. ,A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement and
;assessment on the 22'~ of March, 2000, in the council chambers of
city hall at approximately 7:10 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing as required by law.
