COUNCIL RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
•
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 26`h day of January,
2000, fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of Larpenteur Avenue
between the West line of Arona Street and the West line of Hamline Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was held thereon on the 22"d day of March, 2000, at which all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
Minnesota:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of Falcon Heights,
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted this 22"d day of March, 2000.
