RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS it is proposed to improve certain alleys listed below by reconstructing them and to
assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
1. The alley between Larpenteur Avenue and Crawford Avenue from the east
line of Snelling Avenue to the West line of North Pascal Avenue.
2. The alley surrounding Hollywood Court beginning and ending at the west line
of Snelling Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Howazd R. Green Company, Inc. for study
and that they aze instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the
council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended
