A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR THE
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights
that the following financial institutions be designated as depositories for funds of the City of
Falcon Heights:
US Bank System, LMC 4M Fund (checking account)
US Bank National Association
Dain Bosworth Incorporated
Solomon Smith Barney Incorporated
Edward D. Jones
FBS Investment Services
Prudential Securities
Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M Fund) and (4M Plus Fund)
Municipal Investors Service Corporation
U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffrey
Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC
Paine Webber, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the administrator or finance director is
authorized to deposit general and other funds therein and handle investments and transfers of
funds for the City of Falcon Heights. Collateral shall be furnished by the financial institutions
as required by law.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING
COMMISSION FINDING THAT THE MODIFICATION TO THE
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND
THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-3 CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR
TIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOP)<'IENT OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, (the "City") has proposed to
adopt a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 and a Tax Increment
Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-3 (the "Program Modification and Plan") and
has submitted the Program Modification and Plan to the City Planning Commission (the "Commission")
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Program Modification and Plan to determine their
conformity with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the
comprehensive plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Program Modification and
Plan conform with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole.
