RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR 2002
WHEREAS The City of Falcon Heights provides services for a fee; and
WHEREAS The City utilizes these fees to offset cost of providing the services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota:
The following fee changes are hereby adopted:
Zoning Review: $50.00 if more than two hours of review needed
Variance Request: $100.00
• Community Park Rental $100.00 + tax, $35/additional hour
City Hall Rental $100/first three hours, $35/each additional hour; no setup for private parties; $100 setup
charge for meetings or conferences; $40 chamber only/three hours, $60 kitchen and east-
side ofmulti-purpose room/three hours; $200 damage deposit.
Recreation Fees:
Maintain current policy of charging non-resident fee which mirrors surrounding communities; currently $6.00
per non-resident.
