COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING A
REPORT FOR THE FULHAM STREET STREETLIGHT IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fulham Street south of Larpenteur
Avenue, by installing street lighting, submitted to the City on April 16, 2001, is hereby declared
to be signed by all owners of affected property thereby. This declaration is made in conformity
to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby be referred to the Falcon Heights City Administrator, and that
person is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and
• feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
I CERTIFY THAT the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of Falcon Heights this
