RESOLUTION COVERING MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBERS UNDER THE
MINNESOTA WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW
WHEREAS, the law enables elected or appointed officials of the city to be
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Councilmembers' intent is that they will be included
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Councilmembers
of the City of Falcon Heights be covered by the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law.
