CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: April 24, 2002
A RESOLUTION TO RE-ESTABLISH ELECTION PRECINCT
BOUNDARIES CREATED IN 1992
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 2046.14, Subdivision 3, requires each
municipality to re-establish its precinct boundaries no later than April 30; and
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights established precinct boundaries in
1992 that will remain the same after the 2002 re-districting;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
• Falcon Heights, that the precinct boundaries established in 1992 be re-established in
2002 to reflect the current boundaries for precincts 1 and 2 for the City of Falcon
Heights in accordance with Minnesota Statute 2046.14, Subdivision 3.
