COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: May 8, 2002
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE A RE-CONVEYANCE REQUEST AND
USE DEED WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON LINDIG
STREET, PIN 16-29-23-34-0040, A TAX FORFEITED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has operated said land as a park; and
WHEREAS, the city intends to utilize said property as a recreational use for residents;

and
WHEREAS, the city has located a stormwater utility underground on this site, making
the possibility of future development of the site limited;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign a re-conveyance request
and use deed in order to resolve the future disposition of this property with regard to taxation by
Ramsey County.
