COUNCIL RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE 2003 DEBT LEVY ON
GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT
•
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Falcon Heights has sufficient funds on hand
in the Debt Service Funds; and
WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment on the General
Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1993, and the General Obligation Improvement Bonds of
1999A.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights
that the following be removed from the 2003 tax levy:
G. 0. Improvement Bonds 1993 5120,200.00
G. 0. Improvement Bonds 1999A 122,734.00
Total Reduction 242,934.00
