COUNCIL RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TAX PARCEL SPLIT
WHEREAS, property located within the City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey, legally
described as "Lots 4 and 5, Keller's Re-arrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights Addition,
including the West Half of the vacated alley adjacent to said lots," has been assigned by Ramsey
County the parcel identification number 15-29-23-33-0106; and
• WHEREAS, the landowner, intending to convey a portion of this property legally described
as "Lot 5, Keller's Re-arrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights Addition; and that part of the
West half of adjoining alley, vacated, lying between the extensions across said alley of the north
and south lines of said Lot 5," has requested that the City approve a tax parcel split; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to approve this tax parcel split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
1. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 272.162, subd. 2(b), a tax parcel split is hereby approved
for the following property located in the City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey:
Legal Description: "Lots 4 and 5, Keller's Re-arrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights
Addition, including the West Half of the vacated alley adjacent to said lots."
Current parcel identification number: 15-29-23-33-0106
2. Ramsey County is requested to keep parcel identification number 15-29-23-33-0106
for the property legally described as follows:
"Lot 4, Keller's Re-arrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights Addition; and that
• part of the West half of adjoining alley, vacated, lying between the extensions
across said alley of the north and south lines of said Lot 4"
• 3. Ramsey County is requested to assign a new parcel identification number for the
property legally described as follows:
"Lot 5, Keller's Re-arrangement of Block 10 of Falcon Heights Addition; and that
part of the West half of adjoining alley, vacated, lying between the extensions
across said alley of the north and south lines of said Lot 5"
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on August 13, 2003.
