CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION RETURNS FOR THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, election judges for the City of Falcon Heights tabulated the votes for the municipal election held
on November 4, 2003, to elect a Mayor and two Council members, and the results were as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, acting as the City's Canvassing Board,
that Sue Gehrz is duly elected to the office of Mayor for a term of four years, beginning January 1, 2004; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, acting as the City's Canvassing Board,
that Peter Lindstrom and Richard Talbot are duly elected as Council members for terms of four years each, beginning
January 1, 2004; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy Clerk be directed to certify such election returns to the Ramsey County
Auditor.
Adopted, unanimously, by the City Council of Falcon Heights on November 5, 2003.
