CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: April 27, 2005
RESOLUTION ADOPTING MODEL POLICY
AND APPOINTING OFFICIALS
WHEREAS, the Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, directs
the City to adopt policies and procedures and to designate City officials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
1. The Model Policy, public access to Government Data and right of subjects of
data, prepared by the Minnesota Department of Administration is adopted as a
City Policy.
2. Pursuant to the Act, Heather M. Worthington is designated as the City's
"Responsible Authority" and "Data Practices Compliance Official".
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on April 27, 2005.
