COUNCIL RESOLUTION
Date: June 8, 2005
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR A NEW FIRE DEPARTMENT PUMPER
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is interested in preserving the public safety through the
use of appropriate fire equipment;
WHEREAS, the City allocated capital funds for the replacement of the 1978 pumper truck in
2005;
WHEREAS, Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc., is the low bid received at $283,980;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Falcon Heights awards
•
the bid supplying one fire pumper, per specifications issued by the City on March 9, 2005,
to Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc., for $283,980.
