CERTIFICATION OF THE PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY
FOR 2006
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Falcon Heights authorizes the City

to levy
taxes in the amount of $865,008 for the year 2006, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor should extend the
preliminary tax levy in the amount of $865,008 for the year 2006.
