MINNESOTA TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT TRAFFIC CONTROL
SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNEOSTA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND CITY OF
FALCON HEIGHTS
September 28, 2005
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights enters into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation (MNDOT) for the following purposes:
• For maintenance of the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway
51 (Snelling Ave) at Co. Rd. 114 (Roselawn Ave) in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth in the agreement numbered 87752M, a copy
of which is before the Council.
•
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and
on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained herein.
