• CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION RETURNS FOR THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, election judges for the City of Falcon Heights tabulated the votes for the municipal election held on
November 8, 2005, to elect a Mayor and two Council members, and the results were as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, acting as the City's Canvassing
• Board, that Laura Kuettel and Pamela Harris are duly elected as Council members for terms of four years each,
beginning January 1, 2006; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy Clerk be directed to certify such election returns to the Ramsey
County Auditor.
Adopted, unanimously, by the City Council of Falcon Heights on November 9, 2005.
