RESOLUTION ORDERING ASSESSMENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF A
DISEASED ELM TREE AT 1687 LARPENTEUR AVENUE
•
WHEREAS, the property owner at 1687 Larpenteur Avenue has requested that the City
of Falcon Heights remove a diseased elm tree on the property; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete this work, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into
an agreement with the property owner to remove the tree;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights does hereby impose a special assessment of $2,742.38 with 6% interest over 10
years totaling $3,647.37 starting January 1, 2006.
