RESOLUTION ADOPTING MODEL POLICY
AND APPOINTING OFFICIALS
•
WHEREAS, the Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, directs
the City to adopt policies and procedures and to designate City officials.
WHEREAS, the Model Policy, public access to Government Data and right of subjects of
data, prepared by the Minnesota Department of Administration was adopted as a City Policy on
Apri127, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the Act, the City Administrator
Justin Miller is designated as the City's "Responsible Authority" and "Data Practices Compliance
Official."
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on July 12, 2006.
