MINUTES
PARK AND RECREATION C®MMISSION
AUGUST 5, 1985
Called to order by Floyd Bedbury.
Members present: Floyd Bedbury, Tom Montain, Keith Moderson,
Annette Geistfeld.
1. The minutes were approved as read.
2. Letters were reviewed concerning the summer program.
3. The minutes of the July 26 Summer Recreation Review
Committee were reviewed. Many good suggestions were
made.
4-. The budget was discussed. Until the questionnaires are
reviewed, maintainance is the Commissions priority. It
is suggested that the remaining funds off the X75 account
and the 47~A account be used for new hockey boards for
the Hole.
5. Keith Moderson recommended that we consider an
internship with the recreation department of one of
the local universities or colleges to gain a part-time
person, possibly a senior, to help run our program.
