PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION

The Commission decided to publish a notice in the newsletter
stating Falcon Heights' policy on reimbursement. Details will
be listed as to which activities will be reimbursed and which
will not.
Also discussed were the fees of Falcon Heights' summer programs.
Pat Bush listed fees from adjoining suburbs for comparable summer
• programs and Falcon Heights' fees were very reasonable.
3. Five Year Park Plan
Paul Ciernia mentioned that it would be helpful to the City
Council if a long range plan for park development could be con-
sidered. Maintenance, landscaping, and long term capital improve-
ments were discussed.
4. 1666 Coffman
The contractor should begin grading the area at 1666 Coffman
very soon.. August 11 is a target date for the installation of
the playground equipment. Some thought was given to some sort
of dedication for the park.
5. 1987 Budget
A subcommitte of Keith Moderson, Pat Bush and Connie Lasser will
start working on some preliminary numbers for the upcoming year.
