PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:

Please plan to attend the Falcon Heights School
neighborhood ice cream social on Monday evening,
August 17th. The event will include live banjo music, ice
cream novelties, kids activities and crafts. Members of
the police and fire departments have been asked to
participate as staffing permits.
The event is scheduled to take place between 6:30 and
8:00. If at all possible, please plan to meet briefly at
6:00. I would like to update you on the following items:
• Planning for a fall Falcon Woods neighborhood event.
Bonfire / s'mores /tractor hayrides at Community Park?
• Community Park entry improvements.
• Community Park exercise station improvements.
I'LL HAVE SOME PARK PROGRAM STAFF AVAILABLE,
BUT WOULD APPRECIATE SOME ASSISTANCE WITH
SELLING ICE CREAM ETC. I HOPE TO SEE YOU
MONDAY.
