Heights, Minnesota recommends to the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that the City Council approve and grant the variances as reouested by the American Shelter Corporation .and as shown on the preliminary plan for _ Bernwood Additions No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 - Issue Date 12 April 1982 - these variances being permitted under the provisions of Section 16.4 of Ordinance No. 64 - the Zoning Ordinance. °f' The Planning Commission further recommends to the City Council that it, in conjunction with the approval and granting of the variance _ requests, approve the preliminary plat for the sub-division of the property identified as Bernwood Additions No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.2 of Article VII of Ordinance No. 69 - the Subdivision and Platting Ordinance. This resolution incorporates the recommendations submitted by the City's Planning Consul ant, Carl Dale, dated 4/23/82 • ~~ • • I AAA.
