HomeMy WebLinkAboutPCMin_85Jul8 • MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JULY 8, 1985 The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Al Stefanson. Stefanson, Olson, Finegan, Trent-Sullivan, Mead, and Grittner. Black, Wallin and Northrop. Mead moved, seconded by Finegan, approval of the June 17 Minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Thomas Montain, 1850 Holton requested a variance to construct a garage three feet from the lot line. Neighbors at 1852 and 1849 Holton have no objection to the construction. There will be a bedroom above the garage. The upstairs of their home will also be remodeled. Present garage has no footings and garage floor is heaving. Garage will be in line with house located behind their home. Mead moved, seconded by Trent-Sullivan that the variance be approved with the condition that the garage be located no closer than three feet from the lot line. Motion carried unanimously. Next Planning Commission meeting is August 5, 1985. Trent-Sullivan moved, seconded by Mead, that the meeting be adjourned at 7:50 P.M. Motion carried unanimously.
