PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
OCTOBER 7, 1985

The Planning Commission Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
Chairman Al Stefanson.
Stefanson, Northrup, Olson, Grittner, Wallin, Trent-Sullivan, and Finegan.
Mead and Black.
Trent-Sullivan moved, seconded by Wallin, that the Minutes of September
9, 1985 be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Chairman Stefanson presented a variance request from Erling C. Hallinger,
1875 Tatum, to construct a garage 2 feet from the lot line (same as
existing garage). Since Mr. Hallinger was not in attendance, the Commiss-
ion discussed whether or not to act on the request. Due to the fact
that Mr. Hallinger .may not have been aware that his attendance was re-
quired, that the garage will be the same distance from the lot line
as his existing garage, and the adjacant neighbor does not object,
Olson moved, seconded by Wallin, that the variance be approved. Motion
carried unanimously.
The next meeting will be held November 4, 1985.
Grittner moved, seconded by Wallin, that the meeting be adjourned at
8:04 p.m.
