REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
OCTOBER 5, 1987

Black, Mead, Finegan, Boche, Grittner, Nestingen, Northrop & Daykin. Also
present was Council Liaison Wallin.

Boche moved, seconded by Mead, to approve the August 3, t987 Minutes
ae presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Gary Langer, 1740 Simpson, requested a variance to construct a
utility building four feet from the north lot line. Mr. Langer
advised that he wishes to position the utility shed on the property
so as not to disturb a tree while still allowing enough space from
the property line to maintain the property. His neighbors voiced no
objections. The shed will be 8 feet by 10 feet in size and placed
on a treated wood floor. Finegan moved, seconded by Nestingen to
approve the variance request to construct an eight foot by ten foot
utility shed four feet from the north property line. Motion carried
unanimously.
Nestingen moved, seconded by Grittner to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 P.M.
Motion carried unanimousyl.
