MINUTES
REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION
November 2, 1987

Acting Chairman Ed Finegan called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Finegan, Northrop, Grittner, Duncan, Daykin, and Nestingen. Also
present was Council Liaison Wallin.
Mead, Black and Boche.
Grittner moved, seconded by Northrop, to approve the Minutes as
amended (add Daykin's name to those present at the October 5, 1987
Planning Commission Meeting). Motion carried unanimously.
Robert A. Gall, 1867 Arona, requested a variance to construct an addition
26 feet from the side lot line (corner lot), which requires 30 feet.
Mr. Bob Covert was in attendance representing the Galls. They intend
to build a frame structure on frost footings with. the roof lower than
the existing roof. The addition, which will be a family rooms will
have cedar shake siding to match the existing home and cathedral ceiling.
The existing trees will remain. After a short discussion, Duncan moved,
seconded by Northrop to approve the variance request. Motion carried
unanimously.
Grittner moved, seconded by Northrop, to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
