RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 TAX LEVY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights authorizes the City to levy taxes in the amount of $974,232 for the year 2009; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor should extend the tax levy in the amount of $974,232 for the year 2009.
