Diane Ross, Nina Semmelroth, Michael Talbot, Gretel Keene 1. Minutes of November 9th meeting were reviewed but not approved due to lack of a quorum. 2. Miller asked what issues/topics
the commission wanted to discuss at the January 25th neighborhood liaison/commission meeting. Items discussed included recycling preferences (in preparation of the RFP process), response
to boulevard gardens, handing out a list of what the commission/city has been doing in the environmental arena, and a list of available resources. Miller will pass these along to the
neighborhood commission representatives and they will develop an agenda. 3. The setting of 2010 goals was postponed until more commission members were present. 4. Miller explained that
he met with a representative from RW Beck, a company provided by Ramsey County to assist the city with? the recycling RFP. They advised that the contract be in place by August, so that
would mean that the RFP would need to be finalized by April. The commission will hopefully see a draft of the RFP by March, and then review the submittals in June or July. 5. There will
be a rain barrel workshop at city hall on April 3rd, and the City of Roseville will be selling compost bins and rain barrels on May 1st. More information will be coming about both programs
