Garden Club Discussion Miller discussed the draft garden club proposal, stating that it might be a way to maintain various planting areas around the city. The council agreed that it
was a good idea and directed staff to begin publicizing the program. Draft Dangerous Dog Ordinance Discussion Miller presented the draft ordinance and stated that is was mostly a copy
of state statutes. Most of the discussion revolved around additional restrictions on potentially dangerous dogs, such as monetary fines and what case law was present on the topic. There
was also a question of whether dogs from other communities could be banned from entering the City of Falcon Heights. Miller stated that he would take the comments and questions to the
city attorney and bring back a revised draft at a future meeting. The workshop concluded at 7:45 p.?p.m. Respectfully submitted, Justin Miller City Administrator
