Justin Miller Absent: Rebecca Montgomery, Ethan Wagner 1. Miller reviewed the recycling RFP financial analysis with the commission. The commission debated the merits of each proposal
and decided to rank the proposals in order of preference. Their preference will be presented to the city council when it discusses the proposals. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm. Falcon
