MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />May 28, 2008 <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-5-132 -APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />PROVIDING FOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, PRODUCT DISPLAY <br />AREAS, AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR 3164 RYAN LANE AS <br />REQUESTED BY LEE ROSSOW SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION, AND FIRE CHIEF WHICH INCLUDE: <br />*Provide detail about tke storage; <br />*Provide detail about the layout and height of the storage; <br />Access aisles must be 20 feet in width <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE PROPERTY LEASEES OBTAINING <br />LICENSES FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour asked if the bus company is leasing office space in the building. <br />Rossow indicated that they are leasing space in the building, but it is not <br />office space. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-5-133 - APPROVING AN INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT FOR OFF-SITE OUTDOOR STORAGE TO ALLOW <br />STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br />AT 3164 RYAN LANE FROMA BUSINESS LOCATED AT 3066 <br />SPRUCE STREET (QUALITY CONTRACTING) SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND FIRE <br />CHIEF WHICH INCL UDE: <br />*Provide detail about the storage; <br />*Provide detail about the layout and height of llze storage; <br />Access aisles must be 20 feet in width <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE PROPERTY LEASEE OBTAINING A <br />LICENSE FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />
