damage of one or more persons in any one accident resulting from conditions which should have been disclosed in an inspector's report but were omitted due to negligence in the inspection or completion of the report; and 3) at least $1,000,000.00 in annual aggregate coverage. The applicant's insurance must remain in force continuously for as long as the applicant holds a city inspection license, The City of Little Canada must be included as an additional named insured on the insurance required hereunder at the expense of the applicant. 3200,220 APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION. Rental Housing Inspector licenses shall be approved or denied by the City Administrator, The City Administrator shall deny a license if any portion of the application is incomplete, in the opinion of the Administrator, The City Administrator may deny a license to an applicant who; a. Has been convicted of any crime related to housing inspection; b. Has falsified any information or omitted material information in the license application form; c. Has had a license application denied of a license revoked or suspended in another jurisdiction within the last ten years, 3200.230 SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OR NON -RENEWAL. Following approval of a license under this Chapter, any of the following occurrences may result in the suspension, revocation or non -renewal of a rental housing inspection license by the City: a. Conviction of any crime related to a license inspection or the occupation of housing inspection; b. Discovery of falsification or omission of information, or other items which would have allowed the City Administrator to deny the license application if known at the time of application; c. Substantiated complaints from residents of properties using the inspector's services; d. Demonstrated incompetence or inefficiency in conducting inspections; e. Lapse in required insurance or inability to provide satisfactory proof of insurance upon request; f. Allowing the license issued to the inspector to be used by another person; g. Suspension or revocation of a similar license by another jurisdiction; h. Suspension or revocation of any other license issued to the inspector by the City of Little Canada; i. Failure to follow the Code of Ethics adopted by the City of Little Canada as part of the Rental Housing Evaluator Guidelines; j. Violation of any part of this Chapter or of any portion of the Rental Housing Evaluator Guidelines setting forth duties and responsibilities of the inspector. 3200-17
