Hanson <br />As discussed at the Planning Commission meeting, two lots immediately south of 120 <br />and 128 Lake Street were omitted from the hearing notice relative to the rezoning of <br />Nadeau Park from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Public (P). (See rnap attached - <br />single-hatched property is what is currently being considered for rezoning - double- <br />hatched property will come back in November meeting cycle.) These lots should have <br />been included as they ar•e owned by the City and part of the park property. <br />City staff will process the rezoning of these two parcels as part of the November meeting <br />cycle to correct this omission. <br />
