Additional information should be provided to verify that the limits are correct. 5. The dead storage of the ponds should be equal to or greater than the runoff volume fora 2.5" rainfall event. The storage is currently under sized. 6. The impervious area for proposed Subcatchment P3 appears to be larger than what was used in the calculations based on the information provided. The area should be revised and the calculations corrected. 7. The pond areas are accounted for in the proposed Subcatchment calculations. However, the areas should match the surface area of the normal water level for the pond. 8. Pond Bi should have a starting elevation of 932.00, which is the normal water level, when the calculations are completed. 9. The pervious area in the proposed calculations is noted as meadow. Amore accurate representation would be open space (lawns). 10. The site is over 1-acre which will require Ramsey Washington Watershed approval of the grading and erosion control plan and permit. Miscellaneous 1. The site is over one acre; therefore a storm water pollution prevention plan and erosion control plan should be submitted for review and approval. 2. A traffic control plan should be shown for the connection to Old County Road C and for the utility connections to County Road C. 3. A landscaping plan should be submitted. Any clearing and grubbing proposed should be noted. 4. A permit will need to be obtained from Ramsey County for work with County Road Cright-of-way.
