MINUTES OT THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 10, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of <br />November, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Ton Hall <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The October 23 and November 3, 2005 Planning Commission meeting <br />minutes were approved as submitted. <br />REZONING- The City Planner noted that in rezoning the Nadeau Park property last <br />NADEAU month, two park parcels were inadvertently omitted from the rezoning <br />PARK notice. Therefore, the Commission is being asked to act on the rezoning <br />of these two parcels this evening. The City Planner noted that the <br />proposal is to rezone from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Public (P) to <br />reflect the use of the property as park land. <br />Wojcik recommended the rezoning of Che Cwo Nadeau Park parcels in <br />question from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Public (P). <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />TEXT The Vice Chair noted the application of Brandon Heffron, Beloved Ink, <br />AMENDMENT for a Text Amendment to allow tattoo parlors as a Conditional Use in <br />
