IIanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. T<aihy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RES'OI UTION NO. 2005-2-95 -APPROVING TIIF MINUTES OF <br />T]~E FEBRUARY 9, 200.1 REGULAR COUNCIL MEET/NG AND <br />THE FEBRUARY 9, 2005 CLOS'F,D COUNCIL MEETING Ab' <br />SUBMITTED <br />"1'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, Allan, Blesener, LaValle, Keis. <br />Nays (U). Resolution declared adopted. <br />On behali'of the Council, Mayor Blesener welcomed Katie Socha <br />to the Planning Commission and presented her with a cerfifcate of <br />appointment. <br />Mayor Blesener thanked the L-Tistorical Society for their recent $12,000 <br />donation toward the repaymenC of their building loan. He noted that the <br />I-Tistorical Society borrowed $243,000 for the addition of space onto the <br />City Center and has a balance ofjust over 513,000 to repay. <br />
