MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />May, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />MAY 25, 2005 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CTI'Y COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-5-II2 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY I0, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Allan, Montour, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Mayor Blesener congratulated The Corner Coffee Shop for their award <br />MENTS as Minnesota 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year. He noted that The Corner <br />Coffee Shop is owned by Doug and Jan McMillan. <br />Mayor Blesener congratulated Resources for Child Caring located on <br />Yorkton Court for their receipt of the Best in Real Estate Award for <br />Interior Renovation. <br />ARCHITEC- Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider Architectural Review <br />TURAL and Final PUD Permit to add a freestanding sign to the Edgewater <br />
