Keis questioned the parking allocation for Parcels One and Two. It <br />was noted that Parcel One needs to be constructed as it is the key <br />component to the commercial portion of the redevelopment. Parcel <br />Two will be evaluated at the time a specific proposal is presented. <br />The City Administrator noted that Mr. Sherman is aware of the City's <br />parking requirements and their impact on his construction program. <br />LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-8-]I -APPROVING THE FIRST <br />AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE VILLAGE AT LITTLE CANADA AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PRESIDENT AND THE SECRETARY TO EXECUTE ON <br />BEHALF OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The next document reviewed was an Amendment to the Purchase <br />Agreement and Right of Entry Agreement for The Village at Little <br />Canada affecting Parcels One and Two. These revisions allow for the <br />developer to construct all parking, access, and utilities necessary for <br />Parcels One and Two. IC will also require the developer to maintain <br />Che unimproved portion of Parcel Two in an aesthetically pleasing <br />manner. Lastly, Che Right of Entry Agreement will allow the <br />developer to commence contamination clean up activities on Parcel <br />One prior to closing on the parcel.
